Project: Fairmont Hotel
Programme: 6 weeks
We conceptually designed and installed new kitchen facilities for this Michelin star restaurant within this landmark hotel, the works were undertaken in complicated conditions and involved the following:
- Adjustment to the kitchens to comply with new food and hygiene legislation
- Demolish and strip-out
- Construction of new rooms
- New doorways to facilities for food separation
- New electrical supplies
- Plumbing
- Drainage
- Fire services
- Kitchen extract
- Sprinkler adaptions
- Specialist resin flooring
- Working in live operational restaurant
- Gym for other hotels
As part of the works we had to operate within the Fairmont`s strict code of conduct and operating conditions.
