For over 28 years Little Britain Challenge Cup has been bringing together thousands of property and construction industry professionals through sailing, and it has grown to become one of the top sporting events in the industry calendar. This years event was run from 9th-10th September and attracted a plethora of teams across the industry.
Participants have helped raise over a million pounds for sailing charities that do extraordinary work for the less fortunate in society. It is a fantastic way to socialise, network, team build and, most importantly, get on the water.
Annually the regatta, raises thousands of pounds for excellent sailing causes such as the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust, the Jubilee Sailing Trust, the Cirdan Sailing Trust and the Paralympic British Sailing Team, plus a whole host of smaller Island sailing charities. Surplus profits and donations are shared between the charities and over the past 25 years the Little Britain Challenge Cup has raised over £1.25 million.
