CHIC Framework Overview

The CHIC framework is a structured procurement process designed to assist public sector and not-for-profit organisations in efficiently and cost-effectively procuring goods and services for housing improvements. It offers a pre-approved list of suppliers and contractors who deliver a wide range of services, such as kitchen and bathroom renewals, repairs, and maintenance.

The framework supports over 280 members, helping them manage and improve more than 3.2 million homes across the UK. By focusing on cost savings, efficiencies, and added social value through its procurement and contract support services, the CHIC framework plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of housing stock.

Earlier this year, Polyteck was selected as one of the 70 suppliers for Fusion21′s £346 million, four-year Building Improvements Framework renewal.
