Water extinguishers are suitable for class A fires, caused by combustion of solid materials, mainly of organic origin, such as wood, paper, straw, textiles, coal etc.
Foam Fire Extinguishers are excellent solutions in all areas where both A and B fire risks exist. AFFF (Aqueous Film Forming Foam) is particularly efficient against class B fires, caused by the combustion of materials that liquify, such as petrol, oil, fats, paints, etc.
Dry powder fire extinguishers are recommended for mixed fire environments, because they cover fires of type A, B and C. They are especially suitable for flammable liquids and fires involving flammable gases, such as methane, propane, natural gas, etc.
