Our in-house electrical/fire alarm/access control/combustion and construction capabilities ensure that we can deliver the complete facilities, planned, reactive maintenance and all types of special project works.

We are a ‘one stop shop’ for providing all building, mechanical and electrical services solutions.

We specialise (in-house) in five year electrical testing, fire alarm (risk assessments) and full commission and verification studies, we believe that our reports are comprehensive, accurate and provide our clients with the necessary knowledge of their buildings.

Polyteck Building Services recognise the need to constantly monitor and increase the level of expertise to its entire staff.

Training programmes are utilised in all areas to develop technical awareness and competent management techniques, health and safety and customer care. Half yearly personnel appraisals are carried out, to highlight areas of concern, training requirements and provide feedback to all employees.
