Thank you for your support!
I am writing to thank you for your kind support of our marathon team, ‘Team Morrison’, who undertook the challenge to complete the Virgin London Marathon in support of our corporate charity partner, Shelter; the leading housing and homelessness charity in the UK. Shelter undertake a range of activities that work to prevent and alleviate the distress caused by homelessness and poor housing conditions and as part of our support, we have committed to raising a fantastic £50,000 over the course of the partnership.
After months of training and preparation ‘Team Morrison’ finally took to the streets of London on Sunday 17th April 2011 to take part in one of the world’s greatest marathons. The five runners set off in the sunshine from Greenwich in great spirits, full of energy and enthusiasm for the 26.2miles which lay ahead and by 3pm all the runners had successfully and safely completed the course and were ready for a well earned rest.
Thanks to your kind contribution towards our efforts we have successfully raised £20,458 from London Marathon sponsorship towards our target of £50,000, meaning that our total fundraising to date now stands at £42,000! This would not have been possible without your support and we are extremely grateful that you decided to support us in our efforts to raise money for this great cause.

Thank you once again for deciding to support Morrison in our bid to support Shelter and the incredibly important work they undertake to help people in housing crisis throughout the UK.

Radio Marathon Charity
On Saturday Polyteck donated to the Radio Marathon Charity at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel.
The inspiration and philosophy behind Radiomarathon were first developed in 1990. The producers of Radio Super, Andreas Parschos and Aristidis Vikettos, walked from Nicosia to Limassol (Cyprus) along with two paraplegics and a group of volunteers. The walk resulted in CYP332,374 being raised for children with special needs and it ignited a Radiomarathon of Love that lasted 36 hours.
