We carry out CAT A and B fit out works in occupied multi-tenanted buildings as we have the in-house management and technical expertise to meet the demands of refurbishing occupied buildings. Such property refurbishment projects involve liaising with landlords, tenants and the local authorities.

We have the capability of undertaking our own design and build projects, we have recently completed three commercial property development projects and are currently working on two more.

We have the added advantage of a City location, we are therefore always central and local to our market place.

We pride ourselves on having carried out external redecoration to many prestigious buildings that are grade 2 listed in the London area. We have completed on time and in budget over 20 external building redecoration projects.
